What is included in the program?

Our Mojo W8 are tailored to your specific goals and individual circumstances but can include a combination of different elements such as accountability program/services, nutritional and diet advice, diet schedule to name a few.

We generally split the program in 4 phases:

  1. Phase 1: aim to get client to target weight. Optimal time – 12-14 weeks. Involves meal replacements + eating whole foods. Based on medically designed ketogenic diet – moderate to high protein, low fat, low carb + low calorie diet.

  2. Phases 2-4: gradually increase caloric intake and coaching process as to how reset the body to be able to maintain weight.

    Involves: coaching – weekly visits for review, weighing. Body measurements and Body Composition Analysis (BCA).

    Aim: burn fat and preserve muscle mass to maintain basal metabolic rate. Able to sustain weight loss better as long as guidelines given in coaching process are adhered to.

How long does it take to see results?

Minimum 12 weeks (ideal). Some may take longer due to total amount of weight lost and ability to “burn” fat off with ketosis.
